With mobile phone via a landline account
The Ultra account top-up with your mobile telephone via the landline account is possible by activating the service after calling the number 080024444. In order to activate the service, you must select a PIN with the possibility of using the service from any mobile telephone.
The Ultra account top-up is performed as follows:
- by calling the number 0611171 from any mobile telephone
- by entering the landline number in the form 033xxxxxx for the account you wish to top up and entering a PIN
- after successful authentication, enter an Ultra number that you with to top-up in the form 06xxxxxxxx
- enter the amount of top-up as a whole number (1, 2, 3, ... max 30)
- verify the entered Ultra number you wish to top-up and the amount of the top-up by pressing the button #
You can top-up your Ultra account in all sales locations of BH Telecom and other sales locations with an Ultra sticker, as well as the ATMs of UniCredit and Raiffeisen bank.
Account top-up period
The top-up use period is limited depending on the topped-up amount:
- top-up of up to KM 0.99 – the use period remains the same
- top-up from KM 1 to KM 2.99– 7 days
- top-up from KM 3 to KM 4.99– 10 days
- top-up from KM 10 to KM 19.99– 90 days
- top-up from KM 5 to KM 9.99– 30 days
- top-up of up to KM 20 and over – 180 days

Ultra User Registration
You can register your Ultra account in our users base. If you register your personal data, you will get 5 KM bonus which will be added to your user account.
MoreYou can register in every BH Telecom point-of-sale if you fill in relevant form and attach your Ultra certificate and personal identification documents, defined in the Conditions for BH Telecom Telecommunication Services Provision, for inspection (ID card or driving license or passport). After implementation of the registration procedure in the system, you will get SMS message confirming that your registration was successful.
CloseSOS Recharge
When you do not have enough recharge and a possibility to get it, you can activate SOS recharge and pay later! This service includes one-time SOS recharge amounting to 2 KM.
MoreIf you want to activate it, send a free SMS message to 061 11 077. To use SOS recharge, you need to have active account, to be our network user in the previous year, not to have previously activated recharge limit and to have less than 0,20 KM on your account. After verification, your recharge limit will be set to 2 KM, including collection of 0,10 KM transaction charges. SOS recharge validity period is 30 days. During your next Ultra account recharge, the negative balance will be included.
CloseCall Me
Call Me service offers you a possibility to send free SMS messages in the case when you need to make an urgent contact and you do not have enough Ultra recharge to send SMS message or make a call.

ClosePay4me
Pay4me service enables initiating and making a call at the expense of the other number (BH Mobile network subscriber) if the latter wishes to accept those expenses.
MoreA call can be also initiated if you have insufficient recharge amount for a call setup and your Ultra account is active (hereinafter: the A number).
You can activate Pay4me service if you call *113*06xxxxxxx# , where 06xxxxxxx is the postpaid number with which the connection is established and which bears call expenses (hereinafter: the B number).
If the B number answers the call, the voice messaging machine will make a message that the A number wants to set up a call at his expense: ’The user of 06xxxxxxx would like to talk to you at your expense. If you want to accept the call, press 1. If you do not want to accept the call, press 2 or just hang up.’
Utilization of this BH Mobile network service is free for the A number (Ultra user). In the case that he accepts the Pay4me call, the B user is charged the regular call price within BH Mobile network grounded on the tariff model being used.
Our Ultra users are able to initiate Pay4me call while roaming as well. In this case, the call is also charged to the Ultra user at the price applicable for roaming calls. Accordingly, the Ultra user must have enough money on his account in order to make that call. In this case, the B number pays the regular price for the call being made within BH Mobile network.
CloseExtension of Recharge Usage Period
Upon expiration of the recharge usage period, you are able to use the remaining recharge if you activate one-time option ‘extension of recharge usage period’.
MoreThis service enables extension of the recharge usage period for the 7-day period. You activate this service if you call *110#. The service activation fee is 0,50 KM. After expiration of the 60-day period, you have a possibility to repeatedly buy this service.

When you find yourself abroad, use your mobile device in the operator’s networks with which BH Telecom has concluded commercial roaming contracts.
MoreThe prices of roaming service depend on the country zone in which you stay. Incoming roaming calls are charged to you as well, while SMS messages receipt is not charged. You can find the prices and usage conditions in the applicable Price List. Utilization of roaming VBox service (voice messaging system) can increase your costs, so we recommend you to disconnect this service while abroad. To disconnect this service, enter #62#YES and to reconnect it again after coming back to BiH, enter *62#YES. To get the most acceptable prices of roaming services utilization, you can activate some of the additional Travel Europe or Travel Balkan NET packages offered by BH Telecom.

Pay parking via SMS message for free! Send a free SMS message with your registration plates number to the corresponding parking zone number.
MoreYou will pay one parking hour with one SMS message and if you send several SMS messages, you will pay several parking hours in the same zone.
The price of parking zone utilization is paid in compliance with the applicable pricing of the parking service provider.
If your transaction is successful, you will get SMS message confirming that you effected payment, which you must keep to demonstrate that you paid the parking service.
If you wish to check the period remaining until expiry of the parking place you paid, send a free SMS message containing '?' to the number of the parking zone you use.
Five minutes prior to expiration of the paid parking period you will get SMS message confirming that the parking period expires and that you can extend it if you send another SMS message with your registration plates number.

This service enables for the calling party to leave a voice message if you are unavailable, of which you will get a notification you can listen after calling 061 123 123 or reviewing the sound file you received on your e-mail address.
MoreVbox service includes utilization of the following three services: Voice Mail, Who Called and SMS notification on the called number availability.
Voice Mail is included only in the cases when the called party is not available, so the calling party is able to leave a voice message which can be listened by the called party.
Who Called enables for you to receive SMS notifications about the calls you missed while you were unavailable or your mobile device was disconnected.
SMS notification on the called number availability, in this case the notification is delivered when the BH Telecom user you called, also having the SMS notification on the called number availability activated, enters the BH Mobile network coverage area, i.e. when he turns his mobile device on.
